CrossFit Riverfront Presents: CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids workouts are designed to increase physical competence in kids of all ages, from pre-school to high school! All of the movements in class are exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.
Classes will be offered: Tuesday & Thursday nights 6:00pm AND Saturdays 9:00am! First Class is this Saturday, February 2!
