100 New Trees Coming to the Riverfront

 

On Oct 30, from 9:00 – 12:00 noon, 100 volunteers from the Delaware Center for Horticulture are expected to help plant 100 large bare root trees along Wilmington’s Riverwalk. Bare root trees are lightweight and easy to handle – even a child can carry one. Additional volunteers are welcome. Free lunch will be provided. To register, contact:
